Training Solutions is a South Florida-based consulting firm,
operating nationwide. Its principals, the husband/wife team of Don
& Sheryl Grimme,
blend a unique and complementary set of experience and talents (in Human
Resources, Training and Counseling) to provide innovative and targeted
results for their clients. Organizations across the United States have
relied on the Grimmes' insight and experience in enhancing employee
effectiveness and eliminating dangerous or unproductive workplace practices.
 Don
Grimme has over two decades of training and consulting
expertise acquired at leading corporations, such as Motorola
and Marsh & McLennan
developing and implementing strategic Human Resource, Diversity, Organizational
Development, TQM, and training initiatives. Don has conducted a wide
range of Management, Quality, Team, and EEO training and coaching for
all levels and functions of managers and employees. He has designed
in-depth organizational needs assessments and Feedback, Recognition,
Performance, and Career Planning programs.
Don
holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech, with graduate studies in Human
Resource Management at Cornell. He is a certified instructor/facilitator
in Fundamentals of Leadership, 360° Feedback, EEO/Harassment Prevention,
Customer Service and TQM. He is an active member of the Society
of Human Resource Management,
American Society of Training & Development (ASTD)
and Florida Speakers Association (chapter of NSA).
 Sheryl
Grimme, M.S.,
is an honors graduate of Nova Southeastern
University's School of Social
& Systemic Studies. She has conducted ongoing weekly workshops for
The Southeast Center for Stress & Anxiety,
as well as seminars in a variety of settings, including Motorola,
South Florida Manufacturers Association, ASTD, National
Association of Female Executives, Big Brothers/Big Sisters,
Women In Distress, and the City
of Pompano.
In addition to her private
practice, Sheryl has counseled and trained individuals and groups at
various treatment centers and hospitals (such as The
Renfrew Center and
The Retreat). Active
in ASTD, she has served on the
Board of Directors of the Mental Health
Association. Her monthly
Focus On Women seminars have
drawn record attendance.
